February 3rd, 2010 marked National Signing Day all across the country as future college football players signed their Letter of Intents and became apart of various college football programs. IUSC’s Sam Dewig recaps the festivities as Indiana football head coach Bill Lynch introduced 25 new players that will hopefully help lead the Hoosiers to their first winning season since the 2007 football season.

I kinda like the recruiting class, bulked up our defense which is expected to be our weakness next year. The running back recruit Matt Perez had crazy numbers last season, I’ve seen a lot of recruiting experts say he should have been recruited by the big schools.

This class seemed like they were building a team rather than trying to find the biggest and baddest players, and at least for now, I can live with that.
