A Weekend in Review of IU Athletics

Junior forward Rebecca Chandler led the charge with two goals, helping the Hoosiers improve to 3-1 on the season

On Sunday, the Indiana men’s soccer team shut out Cincinnati in a 3-0 contest to take the Billiken Classic and improve to 2-0. (IUHoosiers.com)

The women’s volleyball team trumped Quinnipiac over the weekend thanks to a strong second set and nearly flawless defense to grab the Black Knight Invitational title. (IUHoosiers.com)

On Sunday, the women’s field hockey team continued their string of success with a 3-0 victory over unfamiliar opponent, Vermont.  The Hoosiers had an impressive 26 shots on goal while playing stout defense. (IUHoosiers.com)

Despite falling to USF on Friday, the women’s soccer team bounced back on Sunday defeating Missouri State 4-1.   Junior forward Rebecca Chandler led the charge with two goals, helping the Hoosiers improve to 3-1 on the seaso. (IUHoosiers.com)
