Sasha Chaplin Dominant in Hoosiers Loss to Northwestern

Picture 1

After falling to Northwestern for the second time this season, the Hoosiers enter the halfway point in Big Ten season still without a win in their conference. Although Indiana lost a close battle in Evanston Sunday afternoon, there are positives to be taken out of the game as Sasha Chaplin came into her own posting a double-double for the Hoosiers. Coach Jack, in the press conference following Indiana’s last game against Ohio State, demanded more out of her center, saying she was not taking enough shots and not being aggressive enough. Chaplin responded on the road against the Wildcats accounting for 15 points and 10 rebounds as her coach hopes she continues to stay dominant in the paint and on the boards.
