Battling obstacles such as weather and crashes, Delta Gamma came out on top, winning the 25th edition of the women’s Little 500 race at Armstrong Stadium on Friday night with an unofficial time of 1:12:59.

This was DG’s first win since 2008, and it came down to the final lap where six teams were left fighting towards the finish line.

This was only DG’s second win, putting them right with Teter, which was trying for its third victory in three years. Teter finished in third place, behind Kappa Alpha Theta.
