A Way Too Early College Basketball Preseason Top 10

College basketball has been over for several weeks now, but why wait for a 2011-12 preseason top 10, no matter how ridiculously early it is?  As more players enter the draft and decide to come back, next season’s picture is slowing being painted.

1)   North Carolina
