Football Podcast

In this podcast we will discuss the heisman watch and discuss who we think is in the lead. We both agreed that the chase goes, Gino Smith, Braxton Miller, and AJ MacCarron in that order. Gino Smith is having a season that we haven’t witnessed in a while. While Braxton Miller is making highlight reel plays weekly. AJ McCarron was third in the race, but Isaiah believes that his team will win the National Championship this season. Jordan believes that there are other contenders like Oregon and Oregon State because of their speed and stingy defenses.

Speaking of defenses,  in this podcast we will talk about Alabama’s defensive player LaMichael Fanning and his controversial suplex slam tackle. Nick Saben apologised for his players actions. Isaiah and Jordan on the other hand believe that nothing was wrong with the tackle, and the coaches probably praised Fanning’s aggression behing closed doors.

Next subject discussed is Peyton Manning’s comeback on the Chargers, and did the Colts release him too soon? Isaiah believes that the Colts let him go at the correct time, but Jordan disagrees, and he talks about why in the podcast. Will Peyton Manning keep up his play? Isaiah and Jordan both believe that Peyton Manning will be Peyton Manning for the next few seasons. Nobody knows when he’ll lose his magic touch.
